We take trust seriously and we maintain one of the most rigorous screening processes in the industry. Only 1 in 10 applicants is accepted into our network. Our screening process is designed to ensure that the caregivers who join our network meet the high standards families expect when inviting someone into their home.
From there, families can get to know each nanny through their profile, with reviews from other families, a count of how many times they’ve been booked by other families, and their average rating — giving families the confidence to choose the caregiver who feels right for their children and their specific needs.
