Short Term Nanny Placement:

One-Time Agency Fee: (12 Weeks and up)

Short Term Placement: 10% of the nanny’s gross salary ($500 minimum charge)

Short term placements are defined as a family requiring a nanny for a predetermined time period of 12 weeks or more.  This fee covers all interviews, a nanny contract and a replacement guarantee for the length of the contract.  If at any time your nanny is unable to work, we will do our best to provide you with a temporary replacement nanny though our on call service. (See on call rates)

Our Guarentee:

We will provide you a replacement guarantee for the length of your short term placement.

If the nanny resigns or is terminated within the first thirty days, Nannies on Call will replace the nanny at no cost or refund the client 70% of the total fee if Nannies on Call is not able to find the family a suitable replacement within 30 days.

If the nanny leaves from the 31st day until the end of the contract we will work with you to find one replacement nanny with no additional fee paid until the conclusion of your initial contract. At that time there is a prorated fee for the balance of your replacement nanny’s contract. The prorated fee will be calculated from the date of your original nanny leaves your placement.

Salaries:

Salaries for short term nannies are approximately $15 - $20/hr. Salaries can be negotiated with the nanny through the agency.

Please note that Nannies on Call nannies do not perform any house-cleaning duties. However, you may ask individual nannies during interviews if they will take your request for light housekeeping into consideration.
