Full time nanny placement

One-Time Agency Fee: 6% of the nannies annual gross salary

Full time placements are defined as a family requiring a nanny for hours in excess of 25 hours per week. This fee covers all interviews, a nanny contract and a one year guarantee. If at any time your nanny is unable to work due to illness, we will do our best to provide you with a temporary replacement nanny through our on-call service. (see on call rates)

OUR GUARANTEE

One year guarantee from the date the nanny starts.

If the nanny resigns or is terminated within the first thirty days, Nannies on Call will replace the nanny at no cost or refund the client 70% of the total fee if Nannies on Call is not able to find the family a suitable replacement within 30 days.

If the nanny leaves from the 31st to the 365th day we will work with you to find one replacement nanny with no additional fee paid until the conclusion of you initial years contract. At that time there is a prorated fee for the balance of your replacement nanny’s year. The prorated fee will be calculated from the date of your original nanny leaves your employ.

Salaries:

Full-time nannies are approximately $2,300 per month and up. Salaries can be negotiated during the interview process or we are always available to take care of the negotiation for you.

Housework:

Please note that Nannies on Call nannies do not typically perform any house-cleaning duties. However, you may ask individual nannies during interviews if they will take your request for light housekeeping into consideration.
