Nannies on call payroll service has been amazing. Its one less thing I have to think or worry about. The payroll statements and employer remittance report is sent at the beginning of the month so all I have to do is print off a copy and write a cheque to our nanny and the government. Easy! I LOVE the payroll service that Nannies on Call offers.  Of course, I want to do ‘right’ by our nanny and I do not have extra time to worry about or fill out the information, and work out what to be paying.

Linh is extremely professional and easy to work with. She provides excellent detailed knowledge on all of the many pieces that make up payroll including; bi-weekly calculations, records of employment, T4s, T4 summaries, Worksafe etc. Linh is very patient with all of the many questions and very responsive. When we first hired our nanny from Nannies on Call, we were advised to make use of their payroll service and I am glad we did. A lot of work goes into this service and it takes a huge weight of the shoulders of the employer of a nanny, especially when tax season rolls around! From the very beginning Linh gave us detailed information about the payroll service and the whole service was set up very easy over e-mail and mail. Monthly payment of our nanny is also very easy with the e-mails Linh send with wage statements and the tax withholding remittance details for which a monthly cheque has to be sent away as well. Linh has been very friendly and helpful over e-mail and very patient with questions posed by a stay at home mom of 2 that knows very little about business or tax payments! Thank you for setting up a great service!
