Our part-time placement package is a drop of golden sun: we’ll place your extraordinary nanny and include The Baroness Plan.
The Baroness Plan can be used for our On Call Nanny Services. The Agency Fees are waived for 12 months but clients are still responsible for paying the Nannies rate. This allows you to use the On Call service five times a month. If at any time your Nanny is unable to work due to illness, or if you need a Nanny outside your placement Nanny’s working hours (ie. a babysitter on Saturday night), we will do our best to provide you with a temporary Nanny though our On Call service. (see On Call Rates).

Salary & The Agency
Part-time nanny salaries are approximately $15 – $22 (gross) per hour.
Nannies on Call charges a one-time Agency Fee for your placement — that’s 10% of your nanny’s annual gross salary.
We handle the salary negotiations and we’re always available to advise you during the interview and hiring process.
Housework
Our nannies are dedicated (and excited!) to provide extraordinary childcare for your family. As such, they only focus on childcare. Individual nannies may consider a request for light housekeeping during your interview – you can of course ask at that time.
